This application takes about 20 minutes. You will need to finish it in one sitting. You cannot save your progress and return later. If you leave the form before finishing, you'll have to start over.

Gather These Before You Start

  • Your personal information
  • Your basic financial information (gross income and net income)
  • Information about the person or organization you are having a legal issue with (opposing party)
  • Any case numbers or upcoming court dates

What Will We Ask?

  • Do you need an interpreter?
  • Describe your legal problem
  • Is anyone else in your household affected by your legal problem?
  • Details about you: race, gender, income, native language, citizenship
    • This will not affect whether we can help you, but it helps us understand how to better serve our community.
